  • Sea salt (0.25 cups)
  • Avocados (pair)
  • Sliced and toasted bread (4 pairs)
  • Sliced cucumber
  • 2 cups sprouts
  • Apple cider vinegar (2 cups)
  • Goat cheese (170g/6ounce)
  • Lettuce leaves (5-6 cups)
  • Sliced big onions, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, a small number of fresh chiles (4-5Cups)

Method

Mixture

  • Take sugar, vinegar, salt, and 2 cups of water to a saucepan and boil. Then, Pour brine into vegetables and then cover and chill until it comes to room temperature.

Dressing and Assembly

  • Get yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, and three tablespoon olive oil in a bowl and beat until smooth
  • Apply salt and pepper to the mixture.
  • Add one tablespoon of olive oil into a bowl and put avocado and lightly mash
  • Mash cheese with another two tablespoons of olive oil until softened then add salt and pepper.
  • Add lettuce and toss to coat, then add salt and pepper. Apply the avocado mixture on four slices.
  • Arrange cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, and vegetable mixture.
  • Apply cheese on another four slices of bread and close the sandwich
